What are the permissions regarding personal data under the PDPA?
Within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, BNS MODULBAU, as the data controller, can store, update, classify, process your personal information physically or electronically, and disclose it to third parties, within the limits of the legislation and limited to the above-mentioned purposes, transferable and operable.
To whom and for what purpose personal data can be transferred
In order to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, within the scope of the PDPA, the data controller BNS MODULBAU can store, update, classify, process and store your personal data physically or electronically, within the limits of the law; to domestic and foreign business partners, group companies, shareholders, affiliates, real or legal persons with whom it cooperates, cargo companies, banks, natural or legal persons with whom it receives/cooperates in product/service issues, official institutions, 8th and 6th paragraphs of PDPA It can be disclosed, transferred and processed within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 9.
What does the “personal data” we are obliged to protect include?
Identity information, access, contact information, of our suppliers, our suppliers' officials/employees, our business partners/solution partners', our business partner's/solution partners' officials/employees, our subcontractors, our subcontractors' officials/employees, our customers, our customers. Identification of officials/employees of our customers, prospective customers, officials/employees of our prospective customers, employees, candidates, interns, scholars, shareholders/partners, natural persons/private law legal entities authorized/employees who do business due to the legal relationship established with our company under any name. All kinds of information and documents that make it identifiable are within the scope of personal data in accordance with article 3/d of PDPA.
How is personal data collected?

Our company, in a way that does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms; In case of a period stipulated within the scope of the legislation to which it is subject, the personal data obtained within the said periods; if such a period is not foreseen, they will be kept for the period necessary for the purpose for which they are processed; then it will delete, destroy or anonymize.
What are the rights of the personal data owner (PDPA)?
Your personal data;
a) learning whether it has been processed,
b) requesting information if processed,
c) learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
d) knowing the transferred persons,
e) to request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
f) PDPA. Requesting deletion and destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7,
g) To learn the transactions made within the scope of subparagraphs (d) and (e) above, to the third parties to whom it has been transferred,
h) objecting to the emergence of a result against you due to the analysis exclusively by automated systems,
l) You have the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
Personal Data Owners will be able to submit their requests regarding their enumerated rights, with information and documents that will identify them, and their petitions with requests for information, prepared by the methods specified below or by other methods determined by the PDPA Board. Our company will conclude the requests in the application free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged.
